Sydney is a city built for outdoor entertaining — and there is no better way to feed a Sydney crowd than with authentic Neapolitan pizza, made fresh in a real wood-fired oven at your venue. Since 2014, Tradizione has been doing exactly that: bringing the craft of true Neapolitan pizza making to events across Greater Sydney, from the Northern Beaches to the Southern Highlands, from the Eastern Suburbs to the Hills District.

Tradizione is run by Raffaele and Stella, a husband-and-wife team from Sorrento on the Amalfi Coast. Raffaele is a trained Neapolitan pizzaiolo whose family tradition in pizza stretches back generations — to a grandfather who was making authentic Neapolitan pizza in New York in the 1960s, before anyone in the Western world had heard of slow-fermented dough or 00 flour. That tradition is alive and well at every Tradizione event across Sydney.

Every pizza we make is hand-stretched from high-hydration, slow-fermented dough, topped with premium Italian ingredients, and cooked in our traditional wood-fired oven at temperatures exceeding 450 degrees Celsius. Each pizza takes 60 to 90 seconds to cook — coming out with a soft, airy centre, a perfectly blistered crust, and an aroma that fills the entire event space.

We Come to You — Anywhere Across Greater Sydney

Our mobile setup is fully self-contained. We bring everything — the oven, the dough, the ingredients, the pizza boards, the serving equipment, and the expertise. You do not need a commercial kitchen, a gas connection, or any special infrastructure. We set up on your lawn, driveway, rooftop terrace, event space, or beachside garden. We cook. We serve. We clean up. You enjoy.

We operate across all of Greater Sydney and surrounding regions, including the Northern Beaches, Lower North Shore, Eastern Suburbs, Inner West, Ryde, South Sydney, Hills District, Parramatta, Penrith, Wollongong, and the Southern Highlands. Travel fees may apply for events outside the inner metro area.

Our Packages

We offer three catering packages. The Classic ($24 per person) includes rosemary focaccia, five classic Neapolitan pizzas, and Nutella dessert pizza. The Tradizione ($27 per person) offers a customised selection from our full menu. The Premium ($32 per person) allows maximum flexibility with three antipasti options, eight pizza varieties, and two dessert choices. Gluten-free bases available at $7 per guest. Minimum spend $1,000 Monday to Friday and $1,300 on weekends.

How to Book

Contact us with your event date, location, and estimated guest count. We will get back to you within 24 hours to confirm availability and discuss your menu. A 20 percent deposit secures your date, fully refundable up to two weeks before your event. We recommend booking at least 4 to 6 weeks in advance for weekend events.
