At Tradizione, pizza is more than food — it’s family.

Our story began generations ago, inspired by a grandfather who worked as a pizza chef in New York in the 1960s, when Neapolitan pizza was still a rare craft outside Italy. That tradition travelled from Sorrento on the Amalfi Coast to Sydney in 2014, where we now share our passion with the community we proudly call home.

We specialise in high-hydration, slow-fermented dough, creating a light, airy crust that is full of flavour and easy to enjoy for everyone.

How do I check availability for my event?

You will enquire with us and check our availability for your event

Do you require a site inspection before the event?

We will need a prior inspection of the site, to see which the best option is to fit in for you

Is a deposit required to secure the booking?

We will need a 20% deposit to secure the date — fully refundable up to 2 weeks before

When do you arrive on the day of the event?

We will arrive the day of the party around 90 mins before the start

How long does the pizza catering service run?

Service will run for maximum 3 hours

Is there a travel fee for events outside your area?

Travel fee may be applied

Do you clean the site after the event?

We will carefully clean the site before leaving and make sure everyone feels full

Here is a minimum spend

Monday - Friday 1000$ / Saturday - Sunday 1300$ (reach out for extra details)
